Consultation is the first step should be taken about your plan of areas of fat to be reduced or if tummy tuck is considered or not. And also about the amount of fat that you estimate to be reduced which surgeon have to do the physical exam first and make a discussion with you. It should be kept in mind that desired result is improvement not perfection.
Emotional stability is one of the most important factor to be established before any aesthetic procedure is undertaken .Any kind of liposuction procedure can enhance your body contour but cannot totally reshape your fit. It can improve your appearance and you confidence but the rest is up to you.
After the physical examinations surgeon will discuss about the locations and amount of real fat present and also the skin tone appearance of individual after procedure .Healthy patient with normal skin tone with localized area of fat is the good candidate for this procedure
Liposuction procedure is not the substitute for weight reduction that can be attained by dieting and exercise and not a cure for obesity.
Fee and operative cost is variable depending on the length and complexity of individual procedure.
Liposuction is the procedure performed on a patient who has normal body build but disproportionate fat deposition of the large hips , thighs , buttocks , protruding abdomen , the love handles and waists. Others include arms, calves and knees , above the breasts or gynecomastia in male and under the chin.
VASER is the ultrasound ( sound energy ) assisted liposuction which may calls liposelection ( suitable sound energy will attack only on the fat cell by preserving most of the small subcutaneous vessels and nerves tissue) . Surgery begins with incisions about 0.5-1 cm in length and skin protected port placed. A small blunt tubular instrument will be inserted and saline with adrenaline solution will pass through this instrument to fill in the subcutaneous fat tissue .Then the VASER instrument will be inserted to distribute the ultrasound energy to destroy the target fat tissue which will be melt like a soft cream cheese. Next suction tool will be inserted and the already melt fat tissue removed. So by this kind of technique the amount of bruise and bleeding should be much less than the traditional liposuction and also the amount of fat to be removed can be done more easily in more volume. Furthermore the little warm heat of the VASER probe can stimulate and tighten the dermal collagen which make the skin look more tight after the procedure .
You will see a noticeable difference in body shape quite soon after surgery ( within 2-3 weeks after the swollen gradually decreasing ).However improvement will be much more apparent after 4-6 weeks. With this VASER technique you will feel the harden tight of skin at the first 3 weeks after swollen goes down but the final contour will be more naturally soften gradually by time.
Duration of operation
Vary from 2-5 hours depend on how many areas and amount of fat to be done.
